I don’t think I have super sleeper syndrome but as a morning as night person 3-4 hours of sleep is enough for me. Until about a week

I my self have the last one I only sleep a max of 4 to 5 hours every night if I sleep past that I wake up hurting in my hips and back I also can go on less then that some times I dont sleep at all and can go to up to 3 days with no sleep at all and even when I do sleep I still only sleep 4 to 5 hours and yes I'm a morning person as well I get up cheerful and ready to start the day I'm the only one in my family like this that I know of..

@Danny D That's good. I only get about 5 hours a night. Supposedly you need less sleep the older you get. I slept at least 8 hours as a kid. I still usually need to sleep in on Saturdays. My body is pretty beat up by the end of the week and I'm not getting any younger.

None I've always been like that since I was a kid only sleep maybe 4 hrs a night and I drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning time and 1 monster and that's it for all day
